Designed by Alexei Hass, (Decadance, The Tunnel. Justo, Giguli…) the picture windows open to a view of the Pontelimonov Church and the famous Baron von Steiglitz Academy of Applied Arts, where a pedestrian street has been re-opened and the buildings restored.
The international vegetarian menu includes innovative gourmet dishes based on Ayurvedic principles (a diet for healthy body and mind). At Botanika there is a fusion of an ancient and contemporary approach to cooking. Dishes include starters like Italian pesto sushi roll, pumpkin and ginger soup, an Indian banquet and for dessert coconut banana cookies or the fabulous mango Pannacotta. In addition to Italian coffees and an assortment of teas, Botanika has an extensive wine list for connoisseurs of fine spirits.
